整體體驗算是不錯，不過我這次因為訂錯飯店，無法給我退訂，所以我覺得服務很差，由於我已經住過兩次了，並非故意要訂房不住申請退款。

前後預訂了有兩晚，週日和週二。週日愉快地住完，在週一早晨退房時，想著去其他地方玩一天，下一天（也就是週二）還要繼續回來公主港住去趕週三一大早的飛機，於是繼續預訂了同樣的訂單，並且和前台打了招呼，説第二天見。但是週一的下午車程並未如預想得順利，第二天一定趕不回去公主港了，所以即刻取消訂單，心想週三一大早連夜趕去機場好了。前後從預訂到取消不過幾個小時，但是酒店已經不同意免費取消了。實在讓人失望得很。

早餐豐富。晚上七點多到，電話聯繫前台接機，接機小哥提前在機場等著了，送機時還提醒是否行李全部帶齊，接送機小哥服務很周到。還會再次入住。

From check-in to check-out, the staff provided excellent customer service — always warm, attentive, and eager to help with a smile. They truly made me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. The room was immaculate, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was soft and cozy, the linens fresh, and everything—from the bathroom to the minibar—was spotless. I also appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was, perfect for unwinding after exploring the beautiful sights of Palawan. One of the highlights of my stay was the morning breakfast buffet. It offered a great variety of local and international dishes, all freshly prepared and delicious. From tropical fruits and made-to-order eggs to Filipino favorites and good coffee, it was the perfect way to start each day. The dining staff were equally wonderful—friendly, efficient, and attentive. Considering the high level of comfort, cleanliness, and service, the affordability of this hotel is truly impressive. Very nice stay. Service was excellent. The room was clean and the amenities were complete. Breakfast could be improved though. There were not much choices and the daily spread had little variety if you stay miltiple nights.
